When you hire us, you're covered on two fronts: the manufacturer warranty for the fixtures and transformer, and our workmanship warranty that protects the quality of the install itself.
What You Can Expect from Us
Manufacturer Warranties on Fixtures and Transformers
Every lighting fixture and transformer we install comes with a manufacturer warranty — usually ranging from 5 to 10 years depending on the product line and finish. We steer clear of low-quality brands and overhyped lifetime guarantees that rarely hold up.
Instead, we use proven products from trusted manufacturers with strong reputations, clear policies, and actual customer support.

Our 1-Year Workmanship Warranty (Included Standard)
All of our installations include a 1-year workmanship warranty at no extra cost. If something goes wrong due to how it was installed — whether it’s a wire connection issue, voltage problem, or equipment failure caused by installation — we’ll fix it.
This coverage includes:
No-charge service calls for install-related issues
Fast response time for troubleshooting
No hidden fees, and no blame game between labor and product
This warranty does not cover abuse, third-party damage, or tampering, but it covers everything within our control.
Extend Your Coverage with Maintenance
If you want to keep your workmanship coverage going beyond the first year, it’s easy — just enroll in our annual maintenance plan. As long as you stay enrolled, we’ll continue to honor our labor coverage through the entire duration of the manufacturer’s warranty.
This means if a fixture fails under warranty five years down the road, we’ll handle the removal, reinstall, and troubleshooting without charging you for labor — just like we would in year one.

When you choose our Premium RGBW Package, we automatically include two full years of workmanship warranty. These color-changing systems are more advanced and require higher-end integration — so we go the extra mile to give you peace of mind.
