Here’s how long each step typically takes.

Typical Project Timeline

  • Design Consultation

    (Within 3 Business Days)

Once you reach out, we’ll schedule your free design consultation — typically within 1 to 3 business days. We’ll walk your property, discuss your goals, show you fixtures, and begin mapping out your lighting zones.

  • Quote and Revisions

    (Same Day to 1 Week)

In most cases, we’ll provide a quote the same day or next day after your consultation.

Clients often request minor design changes — whether it’s adjusting fixture counts, expanding the scope, or reducing zones to match a specific budget. This back-and-forth typically takes a few days to one week, depending on responsiveness.

Design Tip: Let us know early if you’re considering color-changing (RGBW) zones or custom finishes — those affect timeline and fixture sourcing.

  • Material Procurement

    (1–7 Days for Most Projects)

Once your design is approved, we order your fixtures. While we stock some core items, most projects are built from scratch to ensure the perfect fit for your home — right beam angles, wattage, and finishes.

  • Standard finishes (bronze, black, etc.): typically available in 3–7 business days

  • Custom fixture finishes: may require 3–4 weeks, depending on the manufacturer

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all lighting. This approach gives you better results — without compromises.

  • Installation

    (1–5 Days)

Installation is scheduled as soon as materials arrive. Depending on project size:

  • Small front yard or patio installs: usually done in 1 day

  • Full property systems: may take up to 5 business days

We’ll confirm access needs, protect your landscape, and clean the site daily.

  • Night-time Adjustment Visit

    (Same Week)

After installation is complete, we return after dark for a final walkthrough and tuning session. We’ll fine-tune brightness, beam angles, and any automation settings to make sure your system looks perfect.

This is also a great time for you to see your home lit up — and request any last-minute tweaks.
